The OZ100SG is a high voltage, multi-junction, light-sensitive, opto-diode. Epoxy-molded in optically clear material, it is ideally suited to be paired with light emitting diodes (LEDs) to create an opto-coupler.

Select your own LEDs. Sensitive to a wide range of wave-lengths, the OZ100SG gives you the power to select the optimum LED for your application.

Opto-diode leakage current is generated via exposing it’s junctions to light.

Applications include high voltage switches and remote control circuitry.
