VMI is incorporated in the state of California as a closely held corporation. The principal stockholders are Dennis J. Kemp, Kenneth E. Haag, and John K. Yakura.

Voltage Multipliers,
Inc. began operations in November of 1980. Initially designing and producing
voltage multipliers, our product line has expanded to include diodes, high
voltage power supplies and rectifier assemblies.
All operations are located in Visalia,
California. Our facilities have grown to 34,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing
area with 10,000 sq. ft. of office area.

WAFER FABRICATION
All silicon wafers are doped, diffused,
and evaporated in our Visalia, California facility.
DIODE ASSEMBLY
& TESTING
All device assembly, passivation,
and encapsulation are performed in-house.
Complete in-house diode testing
is performed on all VMI diodes for PIV, Vf, Ir, and Trr.
