• From 99 North take the CA -198 exit.  Merge onto 198 East.

• Exit Plaza Park Road.

• Turn left at the stop sign, go over the overpass.

• Turn right on Kelsey - approx. 1/2 mile.

• Turn right on Roosevelt Ave. - approx. 1/8 mile

The plant facility is located at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left side of the road.

Enter through the office doors.

Visitor parking is in front of the building on the street.
