Standard manufacturing and testing techniques for diodes operating in a high temperature environment, such as down-hole applications, includes -

• Special etch during manufacture at the wafer level.
• Testing for low leakage current at rated PIV, at elevated temperature.
  

To specify a high temperature diode, add the HT suffix to the diode part number. For example, M160UFG changes to M160UFGHT - our most popular high temp application diode.
